Cost-effective Industrial Coatings

CiS can offer coatings which are thinner and cheaper but are still high-performance. There are various options available with a number of colours to choose from, so the client and the designer have the option to decide on the most suitable option for their project.

High-Performance Industrial Coatings

Industrial floors are generally exposed to high loads most of the time and are subjected to perform under continuous use. The systems must therefore be able to meet these requirements. Epoxy resin floors offer very high compressive strength and impressive load-bearing capacity. Polyurethane coatings can absorb pressure and still remain viscoelastic, ideal for bridging cracks in new structures.

We also can offer coloured quartz floors which consist of highly resilient sprinkled layers, that can be individually designed according to the customer’s wishes.

Each system has a layer thickness of at least 2 mm for heavy-duty use.

Conductive Industrial Coatings

In certain areas, a project may need coatings with high dissipative properties, mainly for protection against explosions, and floors with precisely defined conductivity, which are mostly used as ESD (Electro Static Discharge) coatings in the electronics industry. These coatings can be laid in high mechanical stress environments, where thick coats are needed, but also in light mechanical areas as a thinner, textured coating. Sealants are also available for retrofitting, and produce an ESD (electrostatic discharge) surface from a dissipative floor.
